HR Support & Employee Experience
- Partner with the Senior HR Manager on employee relations initiatives and issue resolution.
- Lead onboarding, new hire orientations, and engagement programs to foster a positive employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records (I-9s, visas, NTEs) and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Administer engagement surveys, analyze results, and recommend strategies to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Oversee the Buddy Program and track mandatory training across the Institute.
- Manage HR service requests and inquiries via RemedyForce and the HR inbox.
- Administer leave of absence programs, workers’ compensation, accommodations, and return-to-work processes.
- Support wellness initiatives and provide guidance on benefits-related inquiries.
- Collect and analyze data for insurance renewals, audits, and program reporting.
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS and performance management systems to ensure accurate data and seamless functionality.
- Support the design, implementation, and administration of training programs and courses to enhance employee development.
- Develop and optimize HR workflows, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR policies, services, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics reports (e.g., retention, turnover) to drive data-informed decisions.
- Support key HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, compliance, and performance management.
- Communicate HR initiatives to leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and engagement.
- Manage and administer HR software, ensuring smooth operations across all HR systems and processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in HR preferred
- Required Experience: At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an HR Generalist role.
- Preferred Field of Expertise: Life Sciences, Biotech, Healthcare industry experience
